Set your goal: Your goal must be achievable, set time aside to work on your goal, gather resources, who will benefit from your goal beyond youself, worthiness of a goal can be measured by how well it serves others, Set some goals that will take your breath away.

ID your passions: what moves you, it is the emotion behind the motion, it is the hustle behind the muscle, it is the fire in the belly, it is what you are attracted to: that is your passion.
